What are the visiting hours?

A. There are none. Visitors may come to visit at anytime ( Please keep in mind, the resident has the right to refuse any visitor to their room or apartment REGARDLESS OF WHO IT IS, INCLUDING IF IT IS FAMILY MEMBERS). We do lock the doors between 8 and 10 PM at night. The door on the Westside of the building has a doorbell located in the attached box by the door. Open it up and push the doorbell button. A staff member will come down and let you into the building. We do not restrict visitation unless we believe there is an issue of ensuring safety for the resident (either physically and/or medically) which may arise because of the visitation. If this were to occur, we would make reasonable attempts to offer an appropriate remedy to the situation. Only in extreme cases where we felt the visitation could bring immediate harm to the resident would we restrict visitation (which could include having law enforcement being involved). We do have some surveillance cameras in public areas that are part of our ability to monitor visitor activity.
