If I have billing questions, whom do I speak with regarding that?

A. If you have questions about any facility billing you receive, the first person to direct your questions would be to contact Jeanette, our Administrative Services Director. If it is shown that a mistake was made on our end, we will correct it by issuing reimbursement and/or issuing a credit to the account to remedy the situation. If a problem can not be resolved, then the facility Administrator will intercede to help achieve some type of satisfactory resolution.
